Description: The Doan Valley Tunnel is a 10,000-foot long Combined Sewer Overflow storage tunnel in Cleveland, OH and is part of a three billion dollar project called Project Clean Lake that started in 2017. The Doan Valley Tunnel became operational in 2021 and captures sewer overflow to avoid discharging into Lake Erie.
